Early Rolex Ref. 5512 serial 990xxx, 6 digit serial, this is first Rolex Model Submariner with Crown guards, with 4 Liner and Meters First Dial

Equipped with early Original Rolex US Riveted by "C&I" Hollow Oyster Rivets Expandable Links 

That actually flexes, completely restored inhouse without any polishing or altering

just replaced the inner sprigs. fits wrist up to 7 1/2 comfortably up to 7 3/4 before stretching.

One owner real Diver, since 1967, worn daily till 2010’s

on the wrist of a real Diver enthusiast and dive shop runner, here in SoCal.

According to Rolex Archives

the Submariner reference 5512’s production consisted of 17,338 examples.

The Submariner reference 5513’s production consisted of a much larger amount, 151,449 examples!

Only just about one 5512 produced for every ten 5513s produced (or 11.4% specifically).

Some Notes on condition

No box no Papers

Due to long period of the watch actually been in diving Service and used as actual tool, the lume on the dial might have faded and looks like they were relumed hence the contrast in colors between dial lume and hands lume white vs pumkin.

Acrylic Domed/bubble Acrylic Crystal, looks Original not replaced with modern ones

and its very scratched just lightly hand polished to preserve the old bubble crystal patina and originality.
