When You Place an Order for a Brand NEW Watch from MJW You Expect and you will Receive a Brand NEW Watch as it left the Factory at Great Deal and excellent Customer Service, In Order to keep things Fair for You and Me and all Customers of MJW Please Read:


When it comes to buying Online, I totally do understand you have unlimited choices.. Having said that to return an item:

Returning a New Watch purchase, MUST meet the following criteria:

-Item must be in new, unworn condition just exactly as you received it

-Items must be in original box with original packaging, clear protective films never detached, and tags attached

-Not even worn for a minute 

-Requests must be made within 14 Days of delivery date

-Return shipping cost and Shipment is buyer's responsibility, which must include Insurance, delivery confirmation and tracking.

-By Purchasing from Mimo's JW you must agree that we are NOT able to accept returns on worn, altered, or otherwise “used” items. We are not responsible for return shipping costs or for compensation of items lost or damaged in return shipping. All return requests must be pre-approved. Requests made after 14 days of delivery will be denied.

-Please be aware that any attempt to change, replace, exchange a strap or bracelet could and would result in unintentional damage to the watch case or strap that would make it ineligible for return.

Mimo's JW reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.



When Returning an item that is nothing wrong with:

For in stock items , Jewelry and Watches

Reasons : I did not like it...not my style...not talking to me...Don't like how looks..

First contact store email or call to arrange returns

Jewelry up to 31 days from Delivery Date.

Watches up to 14 Days from Delivery Date.

As long as it is in the same Original Unworn Condition you received it in. 


Purchases up to $2000 Full Refund minus 7% Restocking Fee


Purchases Over $2001  Full Refund minus 6 % Restocking Fee

(which covers my shipping's to you and Credit card charge back fee)


I will gladly Credit/Reimburse up to $20 whenever you buy another watch in the future. 

Exchanges or Store Credit are always welcome depending on the condition of the watch you're returning no restocking fee applies.

If a Customer decide to Cancel the order after shipping Label is issued

Starting March 2020 Due to Credit Card processing Banks Visa Master Card Amex, Discover, JCB  New Charge back Policies,

3% (domestic)

4% (international)

Fee will be deducted from the amount purchased, refunded, if order is processed and canceled by customer after a shipping label is issued and before Shipping.

For after Shipping, Returns see above for restocking fees. 

If order is canceled by customer before shipping label is issued  Customer receive full refund 100%.

Special Order Jewelry or Watches Exchange only No refund,

Restocking fee of 30% to 60% may apply if watch returned used, tempered.

 Mimo's Jewelry is committed to fast and safe shipping and delivery of your precious's order, any order.

but Mimo's Jewelry NOT responsible:

-If an order is lost due to Customer supplied WRONG shipping address, typo misspelling or totally wrong...

-Customer Shipping address is his Work address and someone else signed for the pkg. you need to trust your co workers or have the pkg shipped to your residential address.

-If an order lost due to customer not intercepting the package in timely manner, while tracking show's "Out for delivery" or customer redirecting delivery for another day or hold...

in short Mimo's jewelry commitment to shipping your order safely ends when the USPS Mailman or Shipping Driver UPS, FedEx, DHL knocks on your door to deliver the package. 

Lost Packages Refund Process

From the Moment you place the order till Mailman/Driver Knocks on your door all items are insured, with Signature Required for delivery, between my store and your Door, if for any reason, and extremely rarely (0,003 % record for last 5 years) package is lost, on route, Carrier lost the package, be assured that you are entitled for full refund or item replacement and no extra charge.

(few restriction applies look in Responsibility)

We stand 100% behind your order, full refund or Replacement, if The Carriers looses your order.


If a watch develops a malfunction, after 14 Days that is manufacturer issue

you have 2-3 years US warranty, or International warranty depending on the Brand, they will fix it.


For your convenience

Purchases made on our Online Store must be paid for with a valid U.S. credit card, or International reputable and verified Banks We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.

Its very important that shipping address matches the billing address.

Unfortunately we will no longer process online orders automatically if shipping address does not match the  billing address. 


like forwarding services towards foreign country

You can always call the store to arrange Bank  Wire Payment for different shipping address if we can verify certain information that the banks require.

When it comes to business we are extremely flexible we want to keep you happy

 but we have to be careful as well. tnx for your understanding.


We offer free insured UPS Ground Shipping and in some cases USPS Priority Mail Shipping in US. 


International Shipping

We ship international to select countries starting from $25

Canada, Australia, some EU, GB, Japan, Scandinavia, Switzerland.

 Your order will be processed within 2 business Days.

International buyers please be advised your countries Custom duties, Taxes, VATs is your 100% responsibility. and Mimo's JW have no idea what's the tax rates in your countries.
