When you place an order for a new watch, you will receive a brand-new watch in the same condition as it left the factory. We offer great deals, fast and safe shipping and excellent customer service. All watches are packed with the greatest care.
When it comes to buying online, we understand you have unlimited choices. We appreciate and welcome your business.
To keep these famous "Mimo's deals and services" fair for everyone, please follow the guidelines.
CRITERIA TO RETURN A NEW WATCH PURCHASE
- Item must be in new, unworn condition.
- No return on altered or otherwise used items.
- Items must be in the original box with original packaging.
- Items then must be returned in timely manner, within 2 weeks.
- Clear protective films should never be detached, tags attached.
- Requests for a return must be made within 5 days of delivery date.
- All sales are final after these return windows close.
- All Purchases will receive a full refund minus 10% restocking fee includes bank credit cards fees, package insurance and standard shipping charges.
- Plus, any express shipping if express shipping is selected.
- " I didn't know about your return policy", will not be a valid reason for returning.
- If more time is needed for a specific occasion, please discuss with store for extended period before placing order.
- Call or email us to discuss the return. All return requests must be pre-approved.
- Return shipping costs and shipment is buyer's responsibility. Must include insurance, delivery confirmation & tracking.
Please be aware that any attempt to change, replace, exchange a strap or bracelet could and would result in unintentional damage to the watch, case or strap. It would make it ineligible for return of the item. In this case we reserve the right to assess up to 50% restocking fee.
MISALIGNMENT AND QUALITY CONTROL ISSUES
There is no such thing as a perfectly made mechanical watch, especially when observed under a microscope. Manufacturers do not make the perfect aligned hour hands, marker chapter rings, bezel inserts, chrono sub dials, smooth threads, glowing bright lumen watches or dust free dials. Most of our watches have a disclaimer about alignment and QC, and what to expect, we are not responsible for alignment issues or QC. Please contact manufacturer.
We ship watches exactly as we receive them from the manufacturer. If its good for the manufacturer’s QC, it is good for us. We make sure to go through and check every watch we receive from the manufacturer. We make sure the watch is brand-new and free of any defects and in working and functioning condition, before sending it to you. Exactly as they were designed to per spec.

REFUNDS
When returning a watch or piece of jewelry that has no defects nor damages and is furthermore perfectly intact and for items in stock:
- All purchases will receive a full refund minus 10% restocking fee if standard shipping is selected.
- If express shipping is selected, 10% plus shipping fees are deducted from total.
- Valid reasons are but not limited to: “Did not like it”, “Not talking to me”, “Don’t like the way it looks on me...”
- Misalignment (bezel is not aligning with the markers and chapter rings, hour hands, crown is rough, soft, bezel action is not smooth, general QC)
- Do not wear the watch, not even for a minute. It renders its use, and we can’t sell it as a brand-new watch any longer. It complicates the return process.

- Jewelry up to 31 days from delivery date are returnable.
- Watches up to 5 days from delivery date are returnable.
- Custom made & special orders are not returnable.
- Please make sure items are in the same original unworn condition as you received it in
- (The 10% restocking fees covers our standard shipping costs to you, package insurance, shipping materials, handling time & labor, and the credit card charge back fees)
We will gladly credit/reimburse up to 5%, whenever you buy another watch in the future.
Exchanges or a store credit are always welcomed, depending on the condition of the watch you're returning it in. Restocking fees may not apply.
"LAST CHANCE WATCHES" ARE FINAL SALE ITEMS. NO RETURNS. NO REFUNDS.
CANCELING AN ORDER AFTER SHIPPING LABEL IS ISSUED:
Starting March 2020, due to credit card processing banks: Visa, Master Card, Amex, Discover & JCB, new charge back policies apply.
- 4% (domestic)
- 5% (international) International orders are final no return or exchange.
Fee will be deducted from the amount purchased and will be refunded, if order is processed and canceled by customer after a shipping label is issued and before shipping.
For returns once the item has shipped, please see above for restocking fees.
If case of canceling by customer before shipping label is issued, our customers will receive a full refund.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:
- If an order is lost due to customer's supplied incorrect shipping address, typos or misspellings.
- Are you sure you can trust your co-workers? Can you have the package shipped to your residential address?
- If an order is lost due to customer not intercepting the package in a timely manner, while tracking shows "Out for delivery".
- If customer redirects delivery for another day or hold.
Our commitment to shipping your order safely ends when the USPS mailman or the driver of UPS, FedEx, DHL knocks on your door to deliver the package!
LOST PACKAGES REFUND PROCESS:
From the moment you place your order till mailman/driver knocks on your door, all items are insured, with signature required for delivery. If, for any reason, which happens but is extremely rare (our records show 0,003 % for the last 5 years) package is lost on route (carrier lost the package), be assured that you are entitled for a full refund or item replacement for no extra charge.
Restrictions apply, please look in responsibility.
MANUFACTURES’S WARRANTY:
If a watch develops a malfunction, after it’s worn, and it is determined to be a manufacturer issue,
You have 2-3 years US warranty or international warranty, depending on the brand. They will fix it and mail it back to you for free !
BILLING & SHIPPING:
Purchases made through our online store must be paid for with a valid U.S. credit card, or international reputable and verified bank. We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
It is very important that shipping address matches the billing address. We will no longer process online orders automatically, if shipping address does not match the billing address.
WE DO NOT SHIP TO 3RD PARTY ADRESSES, LIKE FORWARDING SERVICES TOWARDS FOREIGN COUNTRIES
You can always call the store to arrange a bank wire payment for a different shipping address, if we can verify certain information that the banks require.
When it comes to business, we are extremely flexible. We want to keep you happy, but we must be careful as well.
