The UNIMATIC UT1 watch case is rendered in sandblasted steel, and is water-resistant to 300 meters with a sapphire crystal over the dial.
The UT1 case is also 13.2mm thick and has a 49mm long lug-to-lug distance. The case accepts 22mm-wide straps.
Powered By an interesting movement choice, the Japanese-made Seiko VH31A quartz caliber.
It combines the accuracy and reliability of a quartz movement with the sweeping seconds hand that typifies most mechanical watches.
