Case and bracelet appear to be polished couple times, Showing some light desk rash

on case and bracelet, nothing excessive.

Early Service dial in great shape strong Lume, service Bracelet

meaning at one point it was serviced by Rolex if i have to guess late 1990's

They replaced the old dial with new dial and hour minute second hands updated Aswell, and the bracelet replaced with newer one.

Routine practice when older watches go back to Rolex for service.
