Please Note:

All Seiko Prospex are hand assembled Original Unique Designs and In House Movements at Undebatable Unequal Value/Prices/Heritage, no other Manufacturer comes close,

Having said that All Prospex Watches have Slight Misalignment when trying to Align up to 4 independent pieces:

Dial Markers, Chapter Rings, Bezel and Insert. And in Quartz watches second hand does not align perfectly with minute markers every second tick...

You can Google Rolex misalignment and you will find hundreds of threads and pictures aswell...

in General The Diver bezel does not need to Match up with the markers on the dial for any practical reason. it is designed to point at the minute Hand.

When you dive, you Rotate the Bezel pointer around to the minute hand.

You get an indication of the approximate time you are at Diving at depth,

So you don't overstay under water for safety issues.
